Paper form for CGT on UK Property Disposals to remain on GOV.UK

We are pleased to report that, following a trial earlier this year, HMRC have decided to continue to make the PPDCGT paper form available to download online. The paper form is for individuals and trustees who have disposed a property and need to make a report of the disposal under the '60-day' reporting rules, but who are unable to access a CGT on UK Property Account to report online. 

HMRC are now looking to evaluate the CGT on UK Property account paper form. If you have comments or feedback on the form, please let HMRC know by completing the following survey:

The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes of your time and the closing date for responses is 3rd January 2024.
