What is the Income Record Viewer?
The Income Record Viewer (IRV) allows agents to access information about their clients’ employment income including pay and tax, benefits and employment history. Subject to the agent obtaining authorisation from their client via a ‘digital handshake’, agents can use the IRV to access information that can no longer be requested on the phone.
