What is Tax

This video, aimed at children from the age of 8 up, is all about what taxes are and why they are so important. It also covers how taxes are paid and some of the different taxes that can apply to businesses and people.

ATT Foundation Level Qualifications

Our Foundation Qualifications offer a route into a career in tax and can act as a launch pad for further studies.  In this video you can find out all about these flexible online qualifications, which currently cover four areas – personal tax, business tax, VAT compliance and transfer pricing.

What does the ATT Technical Steering Group do?

Find out about the important work of the ATT’s Technical Steering Group (TSG) in developing a better tax system and how ATT members can get involved. TSG (and its dedicated VAT Sub-Group) are made up of ATT volunteers drawn from a range of backgrounds.
